Hellow.
im using dolphin version 3.0 64x.
my computer, as well as my friends computer, runs super smash bros brawl on dolphin perfectly.
the problem is when we try to compete against each other using the same keyboard..
THE KEYBOARD STUCKS!
when i press "up", he cant jump.
when i press "B", he cant attack, and so on.
it usually happens when we press simultaneously two key's, such as forward + jump.
we tried diffrent versions of Dolphin and the problem remind the same.
any idea how to resolve this?
thanks in advence,
metalclaws
Dolphin 3.0 is no longer supported. You'll have to use 4.0.2 (
or the latest development builds since they're really, really fast) if you want any support on the forums.
im using verion 3.0, my friend using 4.0.2.
in both versions the keys stuck

Post screenshots of your keyboard config in Dolphin.
Also, consider buying at least one USB joystick for yourself or your friend. In the long run, you'll have more fun. Trust me, I used keyboards for emulation for years before I made the switch.
when player p2 press on the keyboard Left + Up
p1 cant go up, not until p2 release the key's.
tried on version 3.0.
also 4.0.2
2 emulated gamecube controllers inserted.
tried to change one of them to wii remote - same results.
any idea how to fix it?

Your keyboard as a 2-key rollover meaning it can't handle multiple key presses at the same time, it's an hardware limitation you can't fix
unless you buy a high end keyboard or a gamepad.
How are you supposed to use a 2-key keyboard? Loads of things require three simultaneous key presses.
System keys and other special keys are exempt from those limitations, usually.
Thanks for all the replies
Well, thats kinda sucks..
so i cant play 2 players on the same keyboard i see..
if i connect real gamecube controllers will the keys get stucked again,
or the dolphin emulator could handle them?
also, what is high end keyboard? will a sceond keyboard fix the problem?
i know 2 keyboards sounds stupid but we play our best using the keyboards keys
Even if you had 4 controllers, each one is a labeled as a different input, so they won't conflict
Like a really fancy gaming keyboard (over $100)
Trust us, nothing beats a controller. Once you make the switch you won't be able to go back (analog controls for the move sticks allow full movement). Even Xbox controllers or PC controllers will work.
