My power supply is new and computer was built from scratch less than 12 months with a budget less than $600 i believe.

I ended up buying the Hyper Evo 212 and installed it today. It was a little trouble but it did the trick. No more over heating and temperature barely goes over 45 Degrees now. Thanks for the help and suggestion guys!

I can run Brawl games full speed even tho 32 bit versions are out dated so it isn't much of a problem but everything else works fine. Thanks again !

You will want to look into updating to 64-bit soon, as the great new features of Dolphin down the road will not come to 32 bit users. Also, most PC games today run better on a 64 bit OS, along with Windows and everything else.
