And what's the point in having a "Dolphin-able" Homebrew Channel? The Game List present in Dolphin right now does almost everything Homebrew Channel does in a real Wii. Improving the Game List would be much easier and probably better than a version of Homebrew Channel compatible with Dolphin...
Thats what I meant. Adding a more visual list, so if you host some sort of party, you just see the cool list
That is possible and has been done in the past, but unfortunately I can't get the program to work with Dolphin.
Here's a video I found. Doesn't go into any games, but from the comments they made I doubt they had the same problem I did:

The program I used was called WiiGSC v1.06b. I can't find the creator's website at the moment, so you'll probably have to Google it if you want to try it out. I started the program, opened the ROM, clicked "Create Channel" and it gave me a Wad file. I added that Wad file to Dolphin, then installed it to the system menu and tested it out.
It black-screened and crashed Dolphin a few seconds after, which was disappointing. I did try using a couple of different loaders in WiiGSC, but it didn't seem to matter which one I used. If you launch it straight from Dolphin it'll either crash or take you to the system menu. I've also had it give an error message before crashing, but I can't get it to do it again.
I'll attach the log file just incase it turns out to be useful. The crash happens at 31:13:950.
There are a ton of other errors, but they don't seem to be affecting anything I can see. I'm guessing it's mostly behind-the-scenes stuff.
