The error was corrected in rev 4049 
, but applied again in 4052 ¬¬
You can use the command:
svn update -r 4051 http://dolphin-emu.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ dolphin-emu-read-only
to update to the rev 4051 and compile , but we will have to wait for a fix ( or downlad orleans builds ) to compile a new rev
