Hello all!

How do I enable this feature in the graphics options? I know what it is but I was wondering if I had to download seperate shader files to activate these... I want the absolute best graphics with all my games... I mostly play Zelda Windwaker and Smash bro Melee my Metroid Prime is just too slow and my paper mario just wont start I had about 9 hours put in it LOL. If its not emplemented yet then I'll wait ;D

Thanks for the replies
Post Processing shaders are just used for different graphics effects, no graphical fixes or speed increases
-_- I know what it is like I mentionned in my first post.... I just want to know how to get it to work.... its always set to off
Anyone?..... Another question too : When I enable Load High res textures, is it me or do my games look much better at the cost of a small performance hit?

cmccmc

it's u and all u have too do is select one in the drop down list

I've noticed the same thing, it's pretty cool.

What exactly do you want out of a post-processing shader? I mean, you could cell-shade a game, you could recolor the graphics, you could even add motion blur. None of these things would make the game look "better", they'd just add useless eye candy that's distracting from most games, and would bring performance way down.
the only good thing i can see coming from post processing shaders is stereoscopic... the rest is just like OMG LOOK EVERYTHINGS GREEN LOLOLOL... but i guess its a coding break for the devs Tongue
bad_bloom is also nice one, adds bloom to your games Smile

Please don't talk shit. Dodgy Its insulting.

They only bring down performance if A) the programmer is on crack B) the implementation is shit C) Your video card is shit.
Ok thanks for your replies! Yes I want to add post processing shaders to my games because I feel like it and yes I do find games look much more immersive with post processing shaders... Where do I find this bloom shader? I would like to implement it to my games. Do I need to create a shader folder and stick em in it? Where do I download this?

+1 As far as performance is concerned... I really dont think its gonna be a big performance hit since post processing is done on the videocard. The rest is just CPU work. Im hear to find answer not start a post processing war LOOOL. Where do I find shader packs for Dolphin?
http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-shaders-database/ I found this now how do I make it work in Dolphin?... I kinda like the bad_Bloom shader.
