Sound balance isn't perfect on zelda ucode games. For AX games (the vast majority) DSP HLE has equal accuracy to DSP LLE yet has no performance impact at all.
Okay now i have a new question(i figured it better to put it in here rather then clutter things up with a new topic). I was trying to get the widescreen AR code to work, but it doesn't seem to want to work. I put in the AR code 0445391C 3FE38E39 since i have the NTSC version of the game, made sure it was checked so as to be turned on and made sure the enable cheats box was checked as well. Any thoughts as to why its not working?

With widescreen hack codes you should also have in the graphic settings the widescreen hack disabled and enforce 16/9 ratio. Also make sure you use the correct code for the correct game region, pal codes don't work with ntsc etc.
widescreen hack already is disabled, as for enforce 16/9 ratio, i only see that as a choice, under configuration Wii, which isn't relevant here as i'm running the GC version and it is already set to 16/9 in that spot in any case. I don't see any option for it anywhere else. The code i listed is what is listed as ntsc from the wiki, and game region is ntsc, but still doesn't seem to work.
Graphics -> General tab -> Aspect Ratio. There are two aspect ratio settings in Dolphin, and you need to set the general graphics one.
whoops, somehow entirely missed that one, that fixed it.
