Oh? I've never had problems with Geforce Experience.

*facepalm* yes, ignore that part about battery boost.

Can you take screen-pics of your Config tabs and Graphics tabs, upload them somewhere (ex: imgur), and then link them here so that we can see how you have Dolphin setup?
Switch over to D3D backend. This sounds like one of the current issues on our issue tracker with OGL backend.

Also set the IR to a number like 2 or 3, not auto by windows size.
Setting it to D3D fixed the issue, thanks Big Grin. Why set IR to such a number?
There was a thread a while ago that talked about this, I'll do my best to remember/summarize it:
Basically, the GC/Wii doesn't render at the same 16:9 aspect ratio as current PC monitors (4k, 1080p, 900p). So because of that, when using IR upscaling set to the auto window size, there can be issues. So setting it to a number causing the game to be upscaled at the native aspect ratio, and then stretches that to fit the screen.

Also, upscaling to a number that has a higher resolution than your monitor results in downsampling, which is less demanding than AA.
Like what issues? I'm not noticing any artifacting or oddities. Of course I could be looking for the wrong thing.
I don't remember Tongue
But you can usually get a nicer looking picture when setting the IR to a number rather than using auto (cause on a 1080p screen it's like between 2.5x and 3x IR)
Yeah I assumed using 1920x1080 with the Window Size IR would make it look better considering. Are there any comparison images? I'm really interested in this concept now.
Just do it for yourself Tongue

But this thread has some really cool shots at different IRs: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-dolphin-screenshots-thread
Whoa that Twilight Princess HD Re-Texture *-*.
