Hello im new to the forums and i NEED help i just got dolphin and i got a game to and the game is called (Tales of symphonia dawn of the new world) and the reason i need help is im stuck on the title screen literally nothing happens when i click or move the mouse or type on the keyboard nothing. please some one help me.
You´ll want to give a lot more specific information than that (FULL pc specs, current build you´re using, etc).
And please post a screenshot of your emulated wiimote settings.

i don't know how but its a amd build 8g ram and 3.7 processor if you have Skype we can chat on call it you don't i totally understand
1- Which Windows version (if any) you have installed?
2- Model name and model number of the AMD CPU.
3- Model name and model number of the AMD GPU.
4- There´s no such thing as "Dolphin 4.03". There´s the latest stable (4.0.2) and the dev builds:

5- Get any program capable of taking screenshots; then choose the saved image as an attachment when you´re going to reply ("New Reply" button, not "Post Reply").

Windows has a program built in called the "Snipping Tool". Type the name into your start menu to find it. Use it to create a screenshot of your settings, then upload that to imgur, and post the link here.

Hi guys I have a problem with this game Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the new world, I dont know why the game said Please Connect the Nunchuk to the Wii Remote. I already configure the extension nunchuk. Im using 4.0-4720 version.
