Hello, I`ve been wanting to build a custom water cooling system for a while for its really nice looks and well, liquid cooling, so I`ve been taking a look at the Ek-Kit L240 or Swiftech H240-X and instead of the default tubing, put on a primoflex advanced lrt of some color, what do you guys think? Also, what individual parts (pump, radiator, etc) would you suggest me to buy? (I put this in hardware because I didn`t really know where it belonged).

Let's start with the basics; what's your budget?
The H240-x has the pump integrated with the Radiator. There's no point to buying another one that I know of. The only things I could think of to buy would go over your budget.
How is it performance and aesthetically wise?
There's no point getting pre-assembled watercooling kits. They all suck.
In terms of blocks, what parts do you want to put blocks on, and what are they? eg. GPU: 290x CPU: 4790K etc. What would also help is your case and possibly a plan (though that can technically come after picking parts, it's recommended to be done first so you know what to buy). Knowing these things, it's easy to pick parts withing the budget. $200 does not really sound massively limiting when it comes to watercooling, especially if you are only cooling one component.
I should also say that it would be best to look to overclocking forums with dedicated watercooling sections, such as overclock.net.
The H240-x doesn't suck. It uses parts that Swiftech has already released. Unless you're saying Swiftech parts suck.
Ill have to second Overclock.net if you really want to get into this. BTW, not all pre-assembled kits are bad. Ive heard swiftech is pretty good, but due to stupid patent trolls it will be hard to find them in the US. Asetek is rotten company, darn patent trolls. Only swiftech all in one that you can find in the US right now is the recently released H220-X. I don't know much about its performance, but it is expandable. Its about $140 for the 120MM x 240 MM size radiator and $150 for the 140 MM x 280 MM radiator size. They are currently sold out, but Frozen CPU has always treated me well when buying Water Cooling parts.

BTW: $200 can be a bit limiting if you plan on going full custom and getting the best quality, but Swiftech's product seems like a decent deal to me.
