Hello? This isn't even a new market technically. Ever heard of the Chromecast? This can do the same thing but also natively run Android L.

However although it´s just Android gaming I think the specs are a bit weak, don´t you think? As for Google trying to get in on everything there is on the market, I think this is really a waste of money and production time and will be forgotten (if recognized at all) like the OUYA. An NVIDIA shield would be a better option in my opinion. Considering it has an ATOM CPU it would be more of a subject for tinkering and installing Windows on it, although I don´t quite know how that would work in a well mannered way.

IT'S NOT A GAMING CONSOLE.

Idk my problem with android consoles and gaming is, the games feel much better on the phone most of the time because they were made for a touch screen to begin with. It's like playing Phantom hourglass on desmume using the mouse as a stylus. It's no where near as comfortable as the original.
