Yes, the same glitch happens in an earlier version.
Installing Wads installs them to the system menu. Just place them in the ISO directory like normal.

I'm afraid that did not work. But, this problem is lower priority for me now.
If it's not seeing you wads and there in an iso directory that Dolphin is pointing to, then something is wrong with the wads or you're doing something incorrectly.
view->show platforms->show wads? Did you disable them accidentally?
