Both. You have to download the drivers to install them. Download what KHg8m3r linked you to, then run the executable.

ok , i am downloading it now it is a 127 mb file but now it has downloaded 10.5 ( still going on )it takes lot of min to download i have switch on my laptop for 1 hrs still 10.5 mb of 127. can anyone tell me how to install them.

Just wait until the download is finished, then run the executable. It is pretty straightforward. The installer will take care of most of the work; all you have to do is click a few buttons.

How do u guy's know this driver , my friend told me i need my pc model number to find a driver , but u guy's found it by not asking for the model number atlest, can u plz tell me how did u found the driver? does it suit for my pc?

and plz tell me how many hours do i have to wait to finish the download of this driver

What your friend was trying to tell you was the method of getting the driver from the manufacturer's website. However, computer manufacturers pretty much always just take the driver from Intel and put it on their site.
Because of that, the best way to get said drivers is straight from Intel themselves.

As for finding the driver, if you go to http://ark.intel.com/ you can search for your CPU, the i3-4030U. It will then tell you what GPU they integrated into that CPU, which in your case is the Intel HD 4400. Since we know that, we can just go find the driver for the Intel HD 4400 and download that.

Glad it all works out in the end.

can u tell me how to fins the driver which suitable for my pc in ark.intel.com

Ark.intel.com is just an information site on what is in their products, aka CPUs. To actually get the drivers you need to go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx and either run the automatic PC checking tool on the left or use the drop down boxes on the right (I used the drop down boxes)

You are currently running the latest drivers released at the end of August. There have been no new updates since then. When there're are new drivers, usually someone will post on this forum about them because they bring possible bug fixes that affect dolphin, so we like to spread the word to get people to test them out.

By the way, Is there any other cards in the list? If you have, you can further increase the speed of your system.
