Is Kraid still around? Haven't seen anything written by him lately. It should be mentioned in the first post that the game is running fine now with IL version and "safe texture cache" should be enabled to fix some graphical glitches (like 2D sky).
Mm...Yeah lately he hasnt posted.

Sorry to bump the thread. I just want to say, using Zelda TP Bloom hack, fix the flicker on the left half part of the screen but at the same time make many things to disappear (Example: Life cauge, dialog boxes)

What flicker ? I never had any flicker ( except once when I had the frames of the next and the last cinematic but I fixed it somehow )
On the latest versions (R5116), the framelimit is messed up.
With the Framelimiter on, the game is too slow. If I turn off the Framelimiter and also turn off the Audio Throttle in the DSP settings, the game is too fast.
If I turn off the Audio Throttle and set the Framelimiter to 90, the game speed is about right.
@urthman
I've played the game on my gamecube a few years ago, and have started playing it again on Dolphin a few days ago using Spellforce's b5142 for SSE4.2. I don't quite remember the actual game speed, but from what I can tell it works just fine with the frame limiter on auto and audio trottle on. Either way, it isn't noticably too fast. Which build are you using?
He is probably referring to this issue:

This is actually an issue and likely affects this game as well. 20 FPS is not enough for the slowdown to be that noticeable, the issue occurs with the frame limiter and/or audio throttle enabled, by disabling these the game will run much faster else it's locked at 20 FPS so long as these are enabled.
It seems some revision from back when broke the audio throttle and frame limiter, causing some games to be locked at 20 FPS when either or both are enabled.
By setting the frame limit to 90, games that run at 30 FPS will run full speed, but I really don't feel like constantly messing with the quirky frame limiter and audio throttle and hope this will be fixed.
I just posted an issue on the issue tracker the other day regarding this problem, has yet to be acknowledged by the developers.
