i did. But nothing has changed :-\ Still the same as before
That rules out an issue with old dolphin data.

Do you have Windows 7 service pack 1 installed, do you have all windows updates installed (including optional but not like bing crap), and visual c++ 2013 x64 installed?

yes both is installed. my windows 7 x64 ultimate is up to date

weird.. I've just download dolphin from this website: http://www. shall not be named/ extracted it to a new folder and it works fine, well at least with opengl and direct3d9! Is it a different version?
Try redownloading the latest dev from here and extract it with 7zip:

Sounds like a GPU driver issue. I suggest reinstalling the latest nVidia drivers choosing Custom Install -> Clean Install...

already did that!
Do you have your cpu overclocked? Perhaps it is a stability issue.

no :-\ I have nothing overclocked. and like I said: every other direct 3d application runs just fine
When Dolphin crashes next time, don't close it, instead, open the task manager, right click Dolphin.exe in the processes list, and create dump file. Compress that and upload it somewhere for us to look at.
