Hi
I have tried 4.0-3317-x64, 4.0-3319-x64, 4.0-3325-x64 and 4.0-3327-x64; they all lock up right after booting games (tried Animal Crossing, Eternal Darkness, Fire Emblem).
Game locks up and when I try to stop emulation dolphin.exe stops responding.
Then went back and tried 4.0.2, runs better yet with random crashes.
System:
Vaio laptop; Windows 8, i3 3227U @1.9 ghz, 4gb ram, geforce gt 740M.
Even if those games run, I wouldn´t expect full speed with ultra-low voltage CPUs. Anyway, get the MD5 hashes of all your titles and compare them against hashes found in GameTDB and Redump (in other words, make sure your games aren´t corrupt).
Just checked Eternal Darkness; crc32 matches, good dump.

Log I just got from 4.0-3327-x64 and eternal darkness if it's any help.

And animal Crossing log
They are not. Note the HLE messages on the two logs, they are errors. And those errors appear if the dump is corrupt.

Again, check the MD5 hash, not the CRC.
Eternal Darkness MD5 value matches theone in redump database.

Anyway 4.0.2 runs the game but not 4.0-3327 so I don't think this is a dump issue.
It should be fixed in a PR, don't know if it's merged yet. Try updating every day until it's fixed, known issues don't last long.
Okay, thanks. What's the known issue exactly?
Are you using JITIL? That got broken again, I think that's probably the issue. IF not, then I may have misguessed.
No, it's set to JIT.
I'm unable to reproduce, find the exact build where the behavior changed. I even tried the games you said.
