That is unfortunate. My guess is it won't happen then. I'll be glad to help test if anyone wants to try and figure out what's going on and try to fix, but otherwise I guess we're sort of stuck then Sad
So... what does that mean for us? Should we just wait until someone find out what's wrong? I'd rather not do that.
I think the best thing to do would be to notify NVIDIA of the problem you're having, and those that have a secondary card (like an Intel HD/AMD) working, tell them that it works properly there.

That's all I can think until we come to a decision.
After looking through the code changes, there really isn't much in said change for OGL fullscreen.
Have any of you sent this into Nvidia yet? If not I can probably submit a bug report
Have you guys tried to force disable VSync in nVidia Control Panel and then enabling VSync in Dolphin? Or force disabling VSync both in nVidia Control Panel and Dolphin?

Yes I have

I will send a bug report to nvidia, but do you really think they care how a single emulator doesn't work with a specific feature?
Also tried.

They're actually pretty good at responding to Dolphin from what I've heard from devs
Is it better if just one person sends a bug report, or should everyone who has the issue do it? I guess I'm thinking it would be higher up on the priority list if multiple people sent in reports. Also keep in mind I've never actually submitted a bug to Nvidia, I don't know how/where to do it, but I would be happy to try if someone could tell me.
I know 4.0-3334 didn't have this issue for me... but one revision - 4.0-3842 is tearing with V-sync on.
Ugh, it's even happening on Windows 10 tech preview.....
Now it really makes me think its a driver bug
