Don't get me wrong, I can make the HUD whatever size or shape I want, it's just a matter of having to use the same size HUD the game does so that it lines up with what's behind it. For example if you use the grappling hook in Wind Waker, there is a yellow symbol drawn on the HUD over the object you are going to grapple onto, and people expect that to line up.
Ahh, yes. I could imagine getting the 2D elements to line up properly would be a pain in the rear.
Lots of tedious testing and fiddling.

Right. That much I understand.
Thanks~

Yeah sorry, guess I kinda rambled~
Dolphin is currently the top rated game/demo/application on Oculus Share, rated 4.9/5, despite being one of the buggiest, most incomplete, and jerkiest (all my fault). So well done to everyone on the Dolphin team. Hopefully once I finish getting all the Dolphin features working in VR, and fix most of my bugs, this will be even more amazing.
I'm looking forward to having an opportunity to use it.

Probably has to do with the fact you can use it with any game you can get your hands on :b
Basically people getting the most use out of their expensive new toy with dolphin, rather than just playing the tests, and few games with support.
Coo~ :)
