The reason we make you fill out "idiotic questions" about your computer and captchas is to
1. prevent spam bots, cause they suck
2. so that when someone comes in here really mad about their new machine not running games properly (ie. you), we can give them detailed ways to fix their issues.
First off, what games are you trying to play that stutter or crash. Be specific about the games.
Secondly, either fill in your profile with your specs or put them here. "new 3+ ghz 6 core, nvidia high end machine" tells us practically nothing. All we know is you have an Nvidia GPU, and maybe an AMD CPU. But you need to tell us so that we can help you.
Thirdly, the stable versions of 4.0.X are several months outdated now. There have been almost 3000 changes and updates to Dolphin since then in the dev builds, which are more compatible and faster than 4.0.X. https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
Fourth off, all we claim on the homepage is 1080p gaming, as some games run at 25, 30, 50, or 60 FPS, and are hard-coded that way to run at those FPS on the GC/Wii (with a few that have variable FPS up to 60 FPS)
Help us help you by taking it down a notch; giving us your specific computer CPU, GPU, and OS; and listing what games you're having an issue with
