Turbok : I tried doing those 3 things, I had hopes for the alt+f5, unfortunately it didn't fix the issue. My bluetooth reciever is an ASUS USB-BT400. It's recent and supports bluetooth 4.0, so I doubt it could be the issue, but since I have no other reciever to try I'm not 100% sure about it.
MaJoR : Here's the screenshot of my bluetooth settings :
http://i.imgur.com/8vJnXEf.jpg . Would having the mouse/keyboard connected at the same time be a possible issue ? I've just realised I always tried while they were connected.
I didn't find the MD5 hash checker in dolphin, where is it exactly ? I also tried Virtua Tennis 2009, and when I want to select the motion+ controls I get a message telling me to plug-in the motion+.
Some random facts that may or may not be usefull : Im not using an official sensor bar, it's a third party wireless one (that works on the real wii, even with m+). Also, the isos im using were converted once to wbfs, then converted back to isos using wbfs manager. I still have the original wii sports+wii sports resort cd, so I could dump a clean iso if you think it may be the issue.
Thank you both of you for giving me some of your time to help me, I really appreciate it

True, Asus BT-400 should be more than able, so that shouldn't be the issue. So pretty much is already ruled out, and the fact that you had the same problem with your older wiimote+'s is really puzzling.
One last thing came to my mind, have you tried downloading some newer dev build and running it in _portable_ mode (create an empty portable.txt next to Dolphin.exe). This bypasses all the settings, you need to change to "real wiimote" again. This should not help, but I've had a hanging cursor issue with Sports resort (entirely different issue), and it _was_ fixed when I deleted controller settings from user folder, although the files seemed fine to me. So just to rule out some unknown settings-related glitch.
Then after this I'm afraid that my highly unsophisticated debugging tips are running out, hope you get to play those great m+ titles on PC eventually
EDIT: Sensor bar only transmits IR light, and it's not required when connecting m+ controllers with m+ games, only when actually playing, sometimes.
MD5 is found in game properties (right click on the game), on the last subpage to the right ("info" or something, I'm not at my computer...).
Maybe you should try without other accessories connected to the bluetooth dongle..?

Worth a shot. So far you appear to have tried 3 wiimotes and only a single game. If the ISO is bad, it might be impossible for
ever pass that point with anything.
Do you have Skyward Sword or anything else that uses Motion Plus? When the -TR connects in the Toshiba Stack, all problems are over for everyone I have ever helped before this. This is very very odd. So, try another motion plus game, and/or do a fresh rip of Wii Sports Resort and do an MD5 calculation on it to make sure it's good (right click the game in the game list, game properties).
So...I tried the first thing mentioned (dev build + portable mode) and it worked :
http://i.imgur.com/BLVgjb9.jpg . I used the same isos. I even tried my older black wiimotes and they worked (I had to plug/unplug nunchuck and press alt+f5 a few times, but it worked).
Did I mess up my configuration somehow ? Should I start from sracth with a clean Dolphin install (and what are the steps to completely clean my PC of any dolphin cfg file) ?
EDIT : After toying around with this dev build I think I'm actually gonna keep it, some games that were laggy on my install are running really well on this one (Mario Kart Wii is one of those).
Oh! Sweet. Now we have something to work with. You can clean out your config in your global user directory by going to (assuming you are using the default location) C:\Users\[your name]\Documents\Dolphin Emulator. Delete the "Config" folder. That's where all of your settings are kept, and deleting those should bring you back to all defaults.
Hmm... I wonder if you have enable cheats on... Please check that before you wipe your config folder, I'm curious if that could be the cause. Lots of mystery wiimote issues have been solved by turning off cheats.

Alright, I performed a clean install of Dolphin 4.0.2 and now everything works. I checked before deleting the config folder but cheats weren't enabled.
I now need to find a way to connect my wiimotes without having to go through the Toshiba stack window (or automate it), and it'll be perfect !
Thank you both for helping me through it

The clean install of 4.0.2 wouldn't be clean because of the global user directory that wouldn't be deleted unless you did that manually. Just letting you know that you pretty much wasted your time doing that, and only needed to delete the config folder.
And you should be using the latest dev builds. They're faster.

I deleted everything in the global user directory except my save files

Anyway, in the end im using the dev build in portable mode (I like portable mode better for my hyperspin installation).
I also wrote a little ahk script to start toshiba stack and connect my 4 wiimotes, it's not the best solution but it works.
I have a new issue though (sorry...). When all 4 wiimotes are connected to Toshiba Stacks and I start a game, the non-TR ones are player 1 & 2 and the TR ones are player 3 & 4. So I still have to go through the "please connect m+" screen if I connect more than the 2 TR wiimotes.
EDIT : Alright, it actually doesn't matter which wiimote is player 1, I mapped alt+f5 (and also f6-f7-f8, because sometimes it was necessary for the game to realise that the wiimotes are connected) to one of the controller Im using to play, and I just have to spam a bit that button when I'm on the m+ screen.
So I finally have a fully working wii on my living room PC couch-gaming

thank you very much for the help guys.
EDIT 2 : I can't get Mii Channel to work, it just crashes dolphin when I try to start it. Is there any way I could create miis on a previous Dolphin version and then "import" them to the dev build i'm using ?
EDIT 3 : Answering my own question : yes, and it's easy. Get older version, create your miis, then copy the folder dolphin-config-folder/wii/shared2/menu over to the other dolphin config folder.
I'm glad we could help

.
I think Mii channel has caused other people same kind of trouble, but your workaround with old revision seems to work fine. There's a thread at
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-wii-channel-mii-channel , maybe there's something new to dig
And good work with ahk, I guess I'd done the same thing if I were to use Toshiba stack.
(08-17-2014, 11:04 PM)MaJoR Wrote: [ -> ]There's no real solution for 7444 right now if you have a non-TR wii remote plus. With a regular wiimote with the motion plus attachment you can just unplug and replug the motion plus, but you don't have that option... And -TRs don't have this issue at all.
I suggest you post to the issue report and describe how bad it is for you.
Hi, I hope you can help me. I have two TR controllers with exactly the same issue with Wii Sports Resort not recognizing the built-in motion plus. I am using the official controller, the Mario themed and Luigi themed controllers.
connecting the nunchuck and disconnecting the nunchuck in game does not fix it.
Any help
Thanks
