Depends on when these benchmarks were made...
A card that has higher memory bandwidth simply run game at higher detail . I speak from my experience with Dolphin
I don't think a better driver can make 45% gap close to zero . As if AMD can't make better driver...
I don't have Kepler card so I don't know . I admit recent NVidia driver gave huge improvement in PC games but I don't notice any difference in Dolphin

Nope. More Recent benchmarks shows the R9-290 beating it consistently. If we factor in Crossfire vs SLI (Which we don't need to because Dolphin doesn't use it but whatever) then it's a slaughter.
SLI , Crossfire , Dual GPU are all useless for Dolphin
