Accelerated audio? As in the audio plays faster than the actual gameplay? Hmm... Make sure you have your Framelimit set to Auto, and disable the VBeam Speed Hack if it's enabled. If that doesn't help, could you take screenshots of your Dolphin settings?

thanks i set the framelimit to auto and it fixed it. Also the random crash after exiting an emulation seems to have stopped also.
