I'm actually very excited to get my shield tablet! I change my mind from the Galaxy Tab S because I knew well enough that it's weaker than the shield, and that the shield is $100 cheaper. Smile. I just didn't realize that it released so soon. Also, I think the Jetson TK1 that sonicadvance is using is pretty much the same hardware as the Shield Tablet itself, but I could be wrong.
Unfortunately the emu doesnt even show the openGL for my shield tablet -...-
It will improve the speed of the emulator shield nvidia tablet? or else you can not improve it much ? is that in the videos nvidia tk1 speed is much higher than in the nvidia shield tablet , maybe have to optimize the emulator much , I tried to turn up the resolution and filters and just drop me fps so I do not think either through lack of GPU power but because there is still much work to optimize , thank you very much for this great emulator Smile

Probably not quite enough CPU horsepower for Dolphin emulation but oh the Kepler GPU inside the Tegra K1 SoC is so powerful and supports OpenGL 4.4 and OpenGL ES3.1.

Excellent tablet love to have it and the controller looks extremely sophisticated
It will increase the speed in nvidia shield tablet in the coming weeks?

Hmm okay, i was coming here to see if dolphin was finally working on the shield tablet. And i discover it has been working for some time.
How come? I mean, i do have a regular shield tablet, perfectly healthy and as fit as any other one. I have to say i am really confused
I recently got a Shield Tablet and am pretty pleased with it's performance. I ran Gauntlet Legends in openGl. It lagged and was only getting 5 fps. But I have never even had Dolphin start up on my note 3 or old tranformer pad. So it was pretty cool to see. I feel like it will be better with future updates on Shield and Dolphin's end. That makes me excited and happySmile
My Shield Tablet got the Lollipop update this morning, it's great.

Performance in Dolphin seems much the same if the brief play of Timesplitters 2 is anything to go by (36-44fps). Anyone know what the state of play is with the Android builds and Lollipop/ART?
afaik dolphin has no use for ART

Yeah, I figured, but you know - hope dies last - was hoping that an update to Dolphin for lollipop might bring a little more performance...
