Isnt that the Quad core one though? I thought we were waiting for the dualcore one that has desktop open gl support?
This one does have the full OpenGL support, Dolphin devs are just waiting on the dual core one because of the higher-clocked cores that will be available
This is a video of Mario Kart Double Dash emulated at 60fps on a K1 Jetson dev kit.
If this tablet is similar spec (not underclocked) it looks like the Shield Tablet could emulate some Gamecube games at full speed.

I would just like to point out that the video shows time trial, grand prix mode though is clearly more demanding from the cpu with all the enemies on screen. I don't know if it can handle it too.

Thanks for pointing that out, I got too excited.
Are the current ARM builds set up to take advantage of opengl 4.4 yet? I was thinking about getting this tablet and if it could run dolphin better than other tablets that would be a great bonus.

As far as I know they haven't implemented any features outside of the ES specfication. Makes sense since only tegra would have access to these features anyways.
Development builds support GL 4.4 on the K1, no need to do anything special.
