But it was not playable speeds on Mario Kart double dash, this was using ES3.1 and dual cpu. I'm hoping the devs will release the version they used to play the youtube videos they uploaded.
Wait you have ES 3.1 already?
Nvidia K1 hardware ships with OpenGL ES 3.1 and OpenGL 4.4 with its video drivers.

Can you post a link to a dev build pls? I can only find the dolphin master builds.
That is what the master builds are, they're the latest development builds. It's possible that your device has it downclocked compared to the dev unit used in the recordings.

How fast is the dev unit used in the demo?
On GFXbench 3, in the Manhattan bench I get:
19.7 fps @ 2048x1536 on screen
27 fps @ 1080p off screen
Which settings do you use? For example try 1x IR, it might have a good gpu but not good enough for higher than full hd resolutions without a performance drop.

Everything is on default in enhancements so all disabled and lowest settings.
In hacks, Skip EFB is enabled, EFB copy is set to textures.
