It looks like a problems with your computer, not Dolphin. Have you tried reinputting the controls? Have you tried Dinput instead of Xinput?

Hi, I found I was having the same issue. The latest dev build sorted the graphics card error that any of the 4.0.x stable versions were giving, but the right stick on the 360 wireless pad just wouldn't work correctly when set as the classic controller (worked fine at v3.5 stable as noted). So, I've tried out a few versions and I can say that 4.0-2142 definitely works so something has been broken after that point, if I get time I'll carry on forward through the revisions to find out exactly when it went awry (from the comments maybe 4.0-2167 might have something to do with it?) but if you give 4.0-2142 a go it'll solve your problems.

edit: The 360 wireless pad won't work at all with 4.0-2167 as the classic controller whereas it's perfectly fine with 4.0-2148 which is the release prior, so I'd say something definitely happened in 4.0-2167 that caused this.

Latest dev build has fixed this for most users. The Classic Controller thing is being looked at.

i just want to confirm that 4.0-2148 does'nt have the CCP problem, thanks for the find stefcha!
