Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I need help optimizing the Dolphin emulator to play GameCube games. It seems that every game that I attempt to play runs very slow with a decent amount of lag. The audio is also significantly choppy due to how slow it is running. I have no idea what my settings are at right now, but I do know that my computer is good enough to play the games that I am attempting to play, as I have played them before. I have just messed up the settings so much that I cannot seem to play anything. Please help!

Fill out your profile information properly.
CPU: Click start, search for "System", give CPU model number.
GPU: Click start, search for "device manager", expand "display adapters", tell me everything that shows up.

Also, it is recommended to use the latest development build because in general they run faster and are still very stable.
