I have trouble getting the speed of Dolphin to stay above 70%, can someone help please? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, so everything is at defaults.

Windows 8.1 64 bit
AMD-4555M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz
6.00 GB of RAM
Your processor and video card are not good enough for most, if any, games. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you. 1.6GHz just isn't enough.

well do you know how to go about overclocking/activating turbocore for that particular APU? all of my bios options are "grayed out"
As two other members pointed out in your other thread, it's not possible to OC your CPU (K10Stat won't work on it according to admin89). You're stuck with a slow CPU.
