Disassemble your laptop , Remove your CPU , GPU heat pipe and mod it (solder more copper heatsink , add fansink) . Unless you're a pro , you can't do that . If you happen to break a component or cut off some cables accidentally then ....
Dell laptops are pretty easy to replace the CPU/GPU when they break or need more speed (like I did)

You should get the i5-4690K instead of the i5-4670K, since it can overclock way better
