There is nothing you can do . It's a laptop , not a desktop which you can swap components easily . Did you think you could open/disassemble your laptop , re-soldered your CPU ?
AMD A4/6/8/10 5xxxM doesn't support overclocking and overclock a multimedia laptop = Suicide anyway
There are 2 solutions :
_Give up and save your money for later build
_Build a new gaming PC or buy a gaming laptop now
Ok than, if you could recommend a cheap Pc that can play Dolphin whithout problems, tell me ! =)
If you a cheap PC that perform well , you will have to build it by yourself . OEM PC usually overpriced garbage
I only choose components for you . You should look at some tutor video on youtube . Search "how to build a desktop" or sth like that

No. Even if you could overclock this CPU (around 2.0 GHz max) it wouldn't be enough for Dolphin

LordVador: He's talking about the new Pentium build.
G3258 is an unlocked Pentium. The cooler appears to be the same one as my i5-3570K while the CPU itself produces less heat, so it should be enough to overclock it slightly. If you want a serious overclock, a cooler would be helpful (but increase the price).
No , Pentium can do maxium OC 4.6GHz with just Intel Stock cooler . It doesn't require an aftermarket cooler
An aftermarket cooler is only necessary to reduce the noise it makes.
