Yeah it is but there's no point in not getting the anniversary edition with unlocked multiplier.

Well, if the G3220 already runs it at full speed and since that's the only game that will be played on the computer, there isn't much of a reason to spend an extra $70 on the CPU and a Z97 mobo.

Also, I'm looking for a laptop CPU. My friend needs a laptop anyways, and he wants to move from netplaying on his PC with a Core2Duo (that surprisingly runs some stages at 60 fps).

Btw , there is a typo on newegg . That laptop has Intel HD 4600 , not 4400
17 inch display i5 4210M @ 2.6->3.1GHz maximum turbo on 2 cores (3.2GHz is 1 core turbo mode . Haswell refresh) 1600x900 6GB DDR3 1600MHz memory 1TB HDD for only 640$ . This is absolutely the cheapest laptop he can get
If he has more money to spend then go for i7 4700MQ route
