50000INR~830USD . With that budget , you will not able to get the best laptop for Dolphin but a multi-media notebook :
_i7 4710QM with integrated GPU like Intel HD 4600 (run cool with Dolphin but Intel HD 4600 is not a good idea for PC gaming)
_I5 4210M with Nvidia / AMD (run extremely hot , may overheat with Dolphin but do well in PC gaming as long as it not overheat)
I would say 1000USD is a good start
Also , please don't run off like that . At least tell us where will you buy it . It's not like a laptop that sell in US will make it way in India you know , not to mention your tax fee and a lot of thing . You better put a link to your local online shopping site or anything like that here

AMD desktop CPU are decent but AMD mobile CPU are garbage for Dolphin
See Dolphin Benchmark for details :
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?...sp=sharing
For Example : You can get an i7 laptop for 700$ here but you have to spend more than 1000$ for the same model in India
You can try to search this model :
http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-Satellite-...+i7+4700mq
I'm pretty sure it's very expensive in your country

Quote:but for example if you suggest me lenovo product then i will reach lenovo store to buy itIt's not that simple . In your country , laptop price is ridiculous , almost double the price for the same model here

Even their high end Mobile Kaveris are pretty bad when it comes to single threaded performance not even able to beat ULV Intel Laptops.

I found 2 models at your local online shopping site :
Toshiba 15.6" 1366x768 Core i5 4200M @ 3.0GHz + Intel HD 4600
And Lenovo 15.6" 1920x1080 Core i5 4200M @ 3.0GHz + Intel HD 4600 / Nvidia GT 740M
The later one is obviously better but you better disable Nvidia GPU for Dolphin . Why ? See "Part 2" in this guide (It's better if you can read a whole thread)
P.S : The i5 I recommended is i5 4200M , not i5 4200U . i5 4200U is even weaker than a standard i3 . If you mistook the letter M for the letter U then your laptop would be hopeless for Dolphin
U : Ultra low power (weak)
M : Mobile (normal)
MQ : Mobile Quad (Strong)

i7-4702MQ + GT 740M (which is advertised as N14P-GV2 for some reason)? Sounds good to me. It's better than admin89's two suggestions, spec-wise.
The only two factors that give me pause are the screen resolution (1366x768, which isn't listed so I had to do more than a bit of Googling—er, uh, DuckDuckGo-ing for it) and the part where it's *probably* not specifically a gaming laptop that can handle running at high temperatures for long periods of time.

I recently bought an HP Envy j109la, it has integrated Nvidia graphics card (GT 750M) and an i7 4702MQ, haven´t tried out Dolphin yet because I´m afraid as laptops tend to have overheating problems, but as far as I know it can run mostly any game as smooth as butter so if you can save up a bit more I would really recommend it.
