I have no problem with this; Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3/4 play multiple songs for me.

Have they always played one song for you? or is it some kind of regression?

In my PC have some regression's using the build v4.0-1970+ (DTK Rewrite).

Game: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (USA).

Dolphin settings:
DSP-LLE recompiler/XAudio2.

Methodology:
Start a new game and play in the "free skate" mode (first level).
