Ok, didn't notice that. Thought we are talking about a desktop sys.
So replacing the thermal grease and cleaning the cooling system are the only options left.

start playing dolphin while checking temps. just to make sure it's a cpu heating issue.
b. clean cpu fan if possible on your laptop. otherwise try blowing air into the exit vent to hopefully dislodge some dust. worst case, underclock.
