Not true; DSP-LLE can easily fill up a third core in a lot if situations.

That's what I wrote at the end of the previous page, and it's what makes most sense, seeing as it's the CPU that communicates with the DSP, so they'd need to be on the same thread to ensure synchronisation.
I was told it shares resources with the GPU thread, hence you need to lower AA/IR when playing with LLE
Yeah, I'm just saying, CPU and GPU can be dwarfed by DSP-LLE.
