i go to the plugins wanting to congfig my gamepad but the button wont work o,o

Confirm this error.
Is impossible to select any pad plugin in config tab.
Try on several computer, and return same 3 errors
Post geenrated .ini
and log :
Read sticky and have all needed software installed.
One second before use (succesfully) oler version [2972]
Please give an hint to solve this issue,
