Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I have been netplaying on SSBPM and SSBM, and it works fine most of the time when I host. The problem is, I can never join a match. I was thinking this was because of my firewall, so I tried to allow dolphin to bypass it. Unfortunately, dolphin isn't listed in the applications that I can allow/forbid. I'd like to keep the firewall on but still be able to play, so is there a way to allow dolphin (4.0-648 and 4.0-652) to bypass the firewall? Or is this problem caused by something else?

If you run as admin I think the firewall allows it
