I tried launching MGS:TTS, and it does load ... however, after the Konami logo, nothing happens. The game never actually gets "in-game", but the logo renders pretty well (20-30 FPS on a Note 3). Any word on this? It works on x86 Dolphin (on Windows, Mac, Linux perfectly), I know that, but how come it doesn't on ARM-Android version?
The MMU isn't implemented on ARM JIT, and there isn't a way to enable it from the UI side anyway.

MMU?
Memory Management Unit, if not wrong. Some games, including the one you want, need this; otherwise they´ll simply not work.

Is it a GameCube function or is this a component of dolphin?
It´s a function, indeed.
But multiple games will never work without it,... surprised so many games work at all ... don't all games need the MMU?
There are some exceptions (which I don´t recall right now).
What do you mean exactly when you say it isn't "implemented" on it? You mean it was dissected from the port altogether, or that it's capable of being used currently, but hasn't been compiled with it yet?
He means that the code that makes the function work is not done/ is still not finished.
