Strider2

Pretty much the same as what UnknownForce mentioned, and I also found additional settings discussed by sources experiencing the same issues I had.

Normal Mode:
=======================
Dolphin configuration-
-Enable dual core
-Idle skipping
-Lock threads to cores
-optimize quantizers
-DSP on thread

Wii Tab- Enable Progressive Scan
========================
Graphics-
OpenGL Plugin config-:
-Turn off Real XFB- if it causes screen to shake.
-Turned off Autoscale.(heard rumors about this freeing up speed but I see no difference).
-EFB to system ram <--I noticed when I switched it here, I was able to use the Scan in Metroid prime 2.

Advanced tab:
-Use Safe Texture Cache (rumored but I see no real difference)
==========================
========================

Debug mode:
==========================
Jit-
Enable Unlimited Jit cache

Options-
Disable Boot pause <-- It causes games lock in booting up

The Game Pad Plugin cannot work~~
Maybe you (or I might) should make a video or pics of how to set it up for the "not so well at reading/searching"

EDIT :: I made videos for updating directx, nvidia drivers, ati, and downloading and setting up dolphin. Uploading them to youtube to post with your guide if you want.
