This has become two separate issues. OpenGL and F-Zero GX is broken in a lot of Development builds.

The Rain Drop effect is broken in DirectX. I remember it was working. Tried Built 1192 (tex_fixes_new), 1244 and 1624, all broken Rain Effect. Are there settings I have wrong? Probably. Checked the Wiki and says that the rain is fixed. I remember it being fixed. What is wrong here? Does anyone know what settings?

I also did an SHA-1 check of my dump. It's valid. I am using the US version. GameID GFZE01
I meant: if dolphin is crashing, please provide a memory dump of the process so that we can determine if it's dolphin's fault, the driver's fault, someone else's fault...etc.

The OpenGL crash is definitely related to drivers. I am using NVidia drivers 332.21 and OpenGL with Build 4.0-1688. No crashes (V-Sync is disabled).

Dolphin crashes when you are using NVidia drivers 335.23 or higher and OpenGL and F-Zero GX (US) and Any Dolphin build beyond 489.
Yeah, that's the OGL driver bug we're talking about. 334 beta (not release) should also work.
Yup, definitely just the nvogl driver null deref bug, unfortunately.
