I play on just a keyboard.

My config is like this:

Nunchuk:
Left - num8
Right - num9
Up(forward)-W
Down(backward)-S
Z(run)-Space

Wiimote:
A(action)-Num0
B(camera/cancel)-NumDecimal
-(menu) - 1
+(map) - 2
Shake - Num+
Roll left(turn head/torch left) - Num / (isn't used by me in the game, I just use turn instead of this)
Roll Right(turn head/torch left) - Num * (same as above)
Pitch Up(camera/torch up)- E
Pitch Down(camera/torch down) - D

Quote:hm, since you're tilting and pitching the wiimote all the time (flashlight) I think it'll be hard to emulate it with other controller types.

Not really. You actually don't need to use Roll left/right, turning left/right does that better, you just need to press an additional button if you want to look up or down. F.e. in my case, my fingers (for the movement) always sit on Num8/Num9 (right hand - left-right) W/S (left hand - forward/backward), if I need to look up, I just move my pointer finger from S to E, if I need to look down I move it from S to D, simultaneoulsy I can turn left/right with Num8/9 to track a ghost.
Shake works fine with a keyboard button too. That's it.

I get the same error message you posted and I've tried everything - even software mode, which is a bit like playing snake on a calculator at the slowest setting, beating the ghost was a bitch! What exactly was your config, Butz? I'm using 4926 x64.

Really? I just switch from JIT to JIT IL, ahh, and I disable safe texture cache, that's all, I'm using my compiled version of Dolphin Smile. Im using revision 4922 Big Grin

Edit: Some pictures Tongue

How you pulled it off is witchcraft IMO. Tried the compiles of Mamario, Unknownforce and Orleans and I can't budge.

I use a PS3 pad for the game, the right stick manipulates the flashlight - more comfy than the Wiimote, I say.
maybe he uses 64 and you 32 bit version, or maybe he has some other options in the emulator different besides disabled texture texture cache, there are lots of settings after all.
I use x64 version Smile
Yep I'm in the x64 club too. >_<

You lucky fella! You go on ahead while me and Ruka stay in limbo.
hm? so 64bit doesn't seem to be the fix, if it works for Butz_san and not for you...or what?
I dunno, he said the Dolphin compile he made himself got past the error message so maybe that's the key. I've tried every option at hand, even Interpreter. Guess I'll just have to wait for a solid fix and do something more constructive with my time. :p

I'm also having trouble getting pass that error. I'm using revision 4922 which I compiled myself and I've tried using different revision plus try different settings including JITIL but still no luck Sad

Have you tried to disable sound, and things like disable dual core, switch between OpenGL/D3D9 plugins, EFB copy enable/disable etc.?
Also, if saves will work, maybe try to pass the place with the JP version.
I upload the file to rapidhsare, here it goes the link Tongue

Edit: I'm talking about revision 4922 of Dolphin (compiled by me), just remember to change JIT to JIT IL and that's it Smile
