Would it run wii emulations nicely in decent resolution or am i lacking something ? aswell which doplhin version should i use ? 4.0?
Which games do you hope to play? This should work nicely for some, but not for others.

Xenoblade, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn some other j-rpgs (i guess fps for them is not that important), also mario party i guess

No way for Xenoblade and The Last Story (mentioning since you said JRPGs), they're one of the most demanding games to emulate in Dolphin right now...
Yeah, you're gonna need an overclocked 4670K desktop to play XC and TLS.

any quality j-rpg's that i would run well ? also are classics like wii sports, mario galaxy, papper mario, no more heroes, zelda game, mario party and so on demanding?could i run those on my mashine ?
Mario Galaxy 2 is perhaps the most demanding game for the GPU in Dolphin. Zelda: Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword are pretty demanding. Paper Mario and Mario Party are not very demanding I think. I would think that Wii Sports would be pretty lightweight.
Paper Mario series and Wii Sports will work fine. No way for Xenoblade, The Last Story and Super Mario Galaxy 1/2. Zelda Skyward Sword and Wii Sports Resort will be somewhat playable (you won't get full speed all time and may suffer slowdowns in large areas).
Zelda Twilight Princess will work very well in small areas, but bigger ones like Faron Woods and Hyrule Field will give you severe slowdowns (in fact, even i5 4670k, the best CPU available at the moment, can't handle Hyrule Field full speed all time)

Btw, all i5 mobile CPUs are dual core with Hyperthreading (2 cores 4 threads) , not quad core . Hyperthreading is useless for Dolphin
Performance Guide will help you squeeze every last power out of your laptop but don't expect good speed with most games
Your CPU is slow for latest Dolphin

That dedicated GPU is weak , not only for Dolphin but also for most PC games . It's so crappy so don't expect decent resolution either
The maximum internal resolution it can handle is 1~1.5xIR (above 480p , below HD 720p)
Most PC games are unplayable with that GPU
VRAM doesn't matter . 2GB is kinda misleading for people that don't know much about computer . In fact , memory bandwidth is more important
My Asus 9800GT 512MB totally destroys Nvidia GT 540M 1GB in both Dolphin and PC games

mmm my cpu shows up as 4 cores in task/device manager x.X , also yea my gpu is pretty shitty but it handles games like dark souls 2 pretty well on high settings, i can also run pretty mutch all games on low settings
