Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I have a problem with Zelda Wind Waker, after I got the "Claw" in the cave of dragon, I continue the game with no problems, but after I cut the strings of the bridge, and fall down, to a lower level of the cave, I open the door but the FPS drops to 0, and I cant continue the game, can you help me out with this?

oi my friends. Sorry for my english but i´m portuguese. Before i say anything , i have to just say what a fantastic and amazing work has been made so far with this emulator. GREAT JOB PEOPLE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !
And now it is time for the critics lol
In the last revision and i can´t seem to get what is wrong , but the ``Boom blox : Bash Party`` has a problem i have never seen in my time playing games and emulators. The textures seems that are jumping from the monitor like an 3D .... but is not ... is a bug. lol in another leve , in the same game de pieces are falling down and i didn´t throw anything to them yet.
Another game that sop working well is ``zack & wiki : quest for ....`` , in this one the image is in an constant blink , and it´s impossible to stop it. The last stabler revision fo me was 3761 and this problems weren´t happening. I´ve tried everything and can´t seem to get the problem fixed. I´ll say it again ...this is far far the best revision .... i´m refering to 39... but and i know thah is dificult to get all fixed up , i´m just trying to help .

Well...

I'd say that I loved the idea of an emulator for GameCube and Wii games, but could never enjoy it
I got a problem with the last versions... Since r3661, everytime I start a game (I tried SMS and Zelda WW and TP), it crashes when the title screen appears!
Though I noticed that I had sound in SMS, which is really nice (well would be, if I could play it).
It's a problem I didn't have with older versions of Dolphin. And, yes, I made sure my Dolphin was up-to-date using Tortoise.

I'm new so I don't know where I should post this problem on the forum, but I'll find out sooner or later.

Does anyone has that problem or knows how to solve it?

Guys before posting about your individual problems, make a new thread, don't post it here, and check the stickies, game thread index etc. and try to solve the problem on your own first.

Then don't. No one is forcing you to download Dolphin and use it.

Do you want the Emulator, or not?

but the problem i´m talking about is about the 39xx series.
So i´m trying to tell you about the problem. this is not from may configuration or system, the two games wont work in either last versions. SSBM still fail´s to pass intro movies after first fight

This build runs 2X slower for me. I am running the 64bit build.

Tested 2 games.
My life as a king/RE remake

Dolphin SVN Build 3661
My life as a king runs at 60FPS
RE remake runs at 60FPS

Dolphin SVN Build 3972
My life as a king runs at 25FPS
RE remake runs at 30FPS

Rig
Q9450 OC 3.10ghz
9600GT OC
4gb or ram
Win7

Also tried the 32bit with the same outcome.
