Could the issue of audio glitches be solved if dolphin allowed an iso to be unraveled to a folder structure. Thus allowing the end user to modify the audio files to let say mp3 or ogg (if it's not those formats already).

Uh, no. This isn't possible (especially the way you requested) for several different reasons.

If it were this easy, you can guarantee that it'd be done already instead of having people reverse-engineering the DSP.
