I have now:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 +4200 - 2x2.2GHZ
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT

And I would like buy this for Dolphin:

CPU: Intel Core I5 4670K Processor 4x3.4GHZ
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 760 OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-E 3.0

But I am confused about AMD & Intel.
But I would like buy this (AMD):

CPU: AMD FX 9590 Octa-Core Prozessor 8x4,7GHZ
The AMD processor is garbage, not really good for much at the user level. I'd recommend the Intel processor.
AMD 8xxx or 9xxx CPUs are really fast for multi-threaded application . However , Dolphin is a dual core application and AMD performance per core is pretty poor
Base on Dolphin Benchmark , i3 4130 @ 3.4GHz outperforms FX 8350 @ 5.0GHz
AMD 9590 is basically a factory OCed FX-8350 . There is no way in hell it can compete with latest i3 , let alone i5
If you choose i5 4670k , make sure you buy Z87 mobo ( I prefers MSI Z87 G45)
Is this for Intel Core I5 4670K Processor good?

MSI 7821-001R Z87-G45 Gaming Intel Z87 Mainboard Sockel LGA 1150 (4x DDR3, Intel HD Graphics, 3x PCI-e, 6x SATA, ATX)
Have found an another version of this intel core cpu.

Intel BX80646I54690K Core i5-4690K Processor (Sockel 1150, 4x 3,5GHz)
This have 0,4GHZ more than my last found cpu by Intel.
I don't know is that better?
...
And is my nVidia GeForce 8500gt good enough for gc/wii games?
The i5-4690K has better over clocking ability than the i5-4670K.
G3258 , i5 4690k , i7 4790k are the latest Haswell CPUs from Intel . Those new CPUs overclock better than previous Haswell CPUs : i5 4670k and i7 4770k

Nope , it's too old and weak
I think you should get a cheaper CPU and use extra money on new GPU . Sth like EVGA GTX 750 will do
If you live near Microcenter store , you can get both Pentium 20th Anniversary G3258 and MSI Z97 mobo bundle for only $100 ($90 after rebate) . If you don't then just get the Pentium with Asrock Z97 Anniversary mobo

G3258 is monster at overclocking , it even surpass i5 4670k and stand as one of the three fastest CPUs for Dolphin ( G3258 , i5 4690k , i7 4790k)

I had an i5-4670k and could hit 4.2ghz on OC, I very recently upgraded to an i5-4690k (found a good slickdeal, sold the existing CPU - it was basically a free upgrade). On the i5-4690k I can only OC to 4.4ghz, I can't get 4.5ghz stable on any settings. So it's not that much better on overclocking imo. Of course the silicon lottery plays a role, just seems like from what I've read people are hitting 4.6ghz pretty easily. Maybe I just the lottery again. Regardless, the i5-4690k is a great chip, and even @ 4.4ghz it crushes all Dolphin games that I've thrown at it.
I get a new CPU but I don't know, right.
AMD Athlon 64 4x3.4GHZ is it fast enough?
+ 8GB RAM?
lol did you read what they have been saying? AMD single core performance is garbage and ergo garbage for Dolphin. Go Intel m8
