The problem is what always use the DSP roms dumped (not included with Dolphin) =S.

Check the hashes. It's possible that Dolphin fucked up a long time ago and overwrote your dumps with its own, e.g. when transferring data from 3.5-xxxx to 4.0 or whatever 3.5 build global-user-directory was merged in.
