Have you tried it on the latest development builds? Have you tried disabling dualcore? Are you using savestates? I'm tempted to lock this thread due to lack of information.
My apologies, I was just trying to enjoy my game, my bad, completely forbidden, I understand. I get mad over video games allll the time, and when people want help playing their game I rage and lock their threads so they can't get help.
It doesn't matter anyway, I would like to play wind waker, but I don't want to invest hours of my time troubleshooting the emulator.
I was just trying to not follow the forum rules, my bad.
Judging from the way you type I don't think you know what a savestate is. Did you at least make sure to use a newer development build and/or another dump of the game?

Well then you won't get anywhere. Working through an issue requires you to work through issues on your end so that we can give you accurate answers to help fix your problem.
Do you have the latest drivers installed for your Intel HD? Google search "Intel Driver Update Utility", and follow the link to check for any driver updates for your computer
I jus' love the welcoming and friendly community over at the dolphin forums! You should put a space between save and state my friend. I am aware of what a save state is, but a savestate? Well I don't think I've ever heard this word in my life! Let's do a quick google search on this... hmmm.... Well! Did you mean "save state?" This is your first post on this thread so it makes no sense to say, "I was just trying to not follow the forum rules."

I'd love it if you weren't being a random dick. Savestate is accepted usage, and they're trying to help you. Hostility isn't a nice way to repay help.
This black screen is related to an audio crash. It can only be fixed by upgrading to a newer dev version or enabling LLE.
EDIT: The newer dev version might not even fix it without LLE, in some cases.
The latest builds are using the revamped HLE update which affected this game I presume. What Dolphin version are you using? If it's outdated try 4.0.2 as I never seen this before in Windwaker.
It has asynch audio, so it's not a newer dev version. This bug is wiped from the surface of dolphin by the zelda ucode merge.

Oh yes, I'm soooo sorry. These friendly, amiable, good samaritans are really "trying to help" me! It's a good thing I figured this shit out myself, I doubt I'll get any help here. Just for reference I just used an older version 3.0. I'm not using any save states, not sure if that has an effect. The audio is at hle.
