Newer versions of dolphin are not good !
I have SH shattered memories and it tearing as HELL on latest versions ..
Just downl. version 3.0 and all will be working fine ...

The latest Dolphin is more accurate than the Dolphin 3.0 , more accuracy = less performance in most case . The reason why you get poor performance with latest Dolphin is CPU bottlenecking . U stand for ultra low power which is not recommended for Dolphin
You should buy i7 4700MQ instead
Dolphin still use dedicated GPU even if it doesn't show up at Dolphin setting
Direct3d9 has been removed , the current direct3d is direct3d11
