Ok, now when it crashes could you try just deleting the Dolphin.ini file present in the Dolphin Emulator/Config directory? Then report if that stops the crashes.
If it does not stop the crashes, try deleting the Dolphin Emulator/ShaderCache directory. Again, report if that stops the crashes.

the config directory didnt work but deleting the shadecache made the game work again but as soon as i start it again it makes a new one
Also, people are NOT required to install directx anything if they are running windows 8 or later. You people should stop giving out crappy information. Installing that will literally change nothing.
And we ship everything needed in the Dolphin 4.0.2 installer anyway, so if he installed it even once on his computer there would be 0 dependency issues.
