Which builds did you install? Update to Windows 8.1 and then install all the available updates.
I had windows 8.1 before i installed the latest dolphin update
this one dolphin-master-4.0-1316-x64
and this one dolphin-2.0.win64
were the ones i installed

i just found someone with the same issue

but there is no solution in it Sad
Make sure you have both Dirext June 2010 and Visual c++ 2012 (x64 and x86) installed
No problem with Windows 8 here

where can i see if directx is installed? because i cant find it in programms
If you don't know whether or not you have directx installed, you don't have directx installed.

Look for the latest directx redistributable package. Microsoft has them on their website. Just search "Directx Redistributable". It should be from some time in 2013, which is when DX 11.2 came out. This will have all DirectX updates that are compatible with supported versions of windows as of the release date of the package.
That or Google search DirectX Web Updater. It can search for and download what you're missing without needing the full redistributable (helpful if you have slow internet/metered internet)
But, the thing about that is that, iirc, it downloads every DX package that's missing. Since there are variations of each package which aren't covered by the general redist, and normally only by specific redists you get with games, it could take a lot longer and have a lot more downloading.
PSaricas: ignore all the bad advice provided by people earlier and follow these steps so we can get more useful information:

1. If you download two similar versions of Dolphin, like 4.0-1351 and 4.0-1353, do both have the issue of "works only once then does not work anymore" or does it crash without ever working with the second version you try?

2. If you delete the "Dolphin Emulator" directory in "My documents", does Dolphin start working again or does it still crash?

3. If it starts working again with 2., please zip and upload your "Dolphin Emulator" directory when Dolphin crashes.

Answers:

1. the first one still happens with similar files
2. second it starts working without the dolphin emulator
3. sending the zip
