I ended up making a tutorial for this, recently I had widescreen issues with Timesplitters to and thanks to a helpful thread on the forums I was able to get the game to work correctly without the missing geometry issue.
The description of the video has the Swiss bootloader download off of google drive, and I am using Dolphin 4.x... I used a voice synth cause i was kinda lazy Brain is more confident with voice tutorials anyway lol
